What is Informal Learning (video)

This is a basic video about informal learning, which is a term, not terribly complex, that is becoming bandied about more and more these days. The video is about 8 minutes long and presented in a question and answer sequence, where questions like "What is formal learning", and "How can small business profit from informal learning" are addressed, albeit superficially. The visual aspect of the video is a bit strange since it appears that the speaker wants to swallow the video camera because he's so close.

You might want to consider that the meaning of informal learning is a bit vague, and may not be all that useful.
