This report, based on data from more than 260 organizations, builds on Aberdeen’s previous research by examining what differentiates Best-in-Class organizations in managing time and attendance. The report finds that nearly 60% of all organizations have automated timekeeping. However, integration with payroll, scheduling, and leave management emerges as a true driver of performance. Additionally, self-service access to timesheets improves employee engagement and accuracy. Lastly, having visibility into time data, utilizing business intelligence tools, and integrating with business data are keys to success.
